The room was shabby and a bit dusty - but olay and certainly not the worst part of the hotel. The 'continental' breakfast was horrendous. Very stale bread and jam or Indian breakfast. The free airport shuttle doesn't exist (which was the main reason we booked the hotel) and one of the receptionists was very rude and dismissive when we asked about it. The rest of the staff were pretty good. Just not a very enjoyable experience overall.

Didn't like the cock roaches all over the floor . Did not like the filthy dirty sheets on the bed, not washed from the previous people staying!!. And the amount of noice the hotel made moving around furniture at midnight! The worst hotel I have ever tried to sleep in.

The cleanliness and hygiene of the place leave a lot to be desired, with unclean toilets, dirty floors, and unhygienic breakfast serving areas. The staff behaviour can be rude at times, and some basic amenities, such as toiletries, were not provided in the room.

I thought the hotel was very nice and although in a very busy area still quiet. Quite near to a nice local family restaurant that was very reasonable.

Booked this hotel because transfers to and from the airport were included but didn't get the one back to the airport we had to pay it ourself because there wasn't a courtesy car available. Found this very disappointing. Breakfast was also disappointing and hotel restaurant for an evening meal and drinks expensive.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with an affordable restaurant and room service available. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, close to public transportation and with a lively atmosphere nearby. We especially enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful view of the city.

The room was basic but very clean. Bathroom was a bit worn out but clean and functional. It can do with a facelift. Room service was efficient and the food average. The pickup and drop facility from the airport that the hotel provided was great.

The access. The hotel cannot be easily spotted from the main road and the access is through a non-descript lane.

The bathroom was dirty and had 3 dead cockroaches in it the water in the fridge was also not sealed and I think had just been filled with tap water, however when we ordered new water it was sealed.

The hotel's location is great, as it is conveniently close to public transportation and local attractions. the rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful room facilities like room service. the breakfast was tasty with a wide selection of food. the hotel staff were attentive and excellent at offering polite service throughout the stay.

The staff could enhance their communication skills and be a bit more considerate towards guests' needs.

The hotel is very close (10 min by taxi) to the Mumbai Int Airport. The staff is ok.

the amount indicated in your website was 54 dollars but i pay 60. there was also indicated that there is pick up service from the airport but i m still waiting!!!!!!!!!!
